    To request an account please follow these steps.

    Step 1 : Read and agree to abide by the applicable Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

    Step 2 : Submit a fully completed account request form

To submit the account request form you must first click on the link and then press the print button. Next fill out the printed form, making sure to check the dial-up option if you wish to receive dial-up access from home.
    Step 3 : After completing the account request form return it to:
